Lightbulb Lock difficulties?

I've decided that because I have a personal interest in lockpicking, that maybe I could start a thread where difficulties with lockpicking or certain locks are address. The question I'll start with is: "If a key has ball bearings on the side of it, does it alter the technique needed for lockpicking a lock?".

I can't right now because my boss has the key (get where I'm heading at? ) and he opens the place at 5 in the morning and then leaves, while my shift is 10 hours later.

What does the head of the key look like? What shape does it look like?

I'm unaware of a key with ball bearings on the side of it, but then again I haven't been in the business but for a year and I haven't worked with all brands, particularly high security stuff like Assa, etc. It could also be a matter of interpretation as well.

If you can keep giving me details, any for that matter, I'll try my best to determine what key it is and advise you on how to approach it.
