Oooh couldn't post that online I live near enough to the airport though so you should get some idea...
Say, ya I checked one of the books I own and it indeed says blue-ing (Well at least its presence in psilocybes I presume) is due to enzymic oxidation of psilocin..
Man I've thought of quite a few other tips to add but keep forgetting them... Should really write these things down..

Few more pics if anyones interested. Quite a find I must say... Went on one foray yesterday and two today. Well in the hundreds of mushrooms all from the same field! Record holder for the heaviest shroom is .83 of a gram. Although I have a few with a wider diameter. (This is pretty inaccurate as the stem length varies) Might get around to counting when they're dry.

I was always taught, never pick/eat a mushroom unless your 100% certain (with pictures) that you know EXACTLY what it is...
