What good websites do you have to share?

I always want to find new and better websites. new ideas, new projects
Learning and expansion. I'm sure you do as well. Here's a few I think you would all like:

TED TALKS (you have to check this out, it's amazing)

The Straight Dope message boards are filled with some great debate/discussion. It's a pretty mature and drama-free place too so they're very, very productive.
