What got you into hacking?

What got you into hacking? At the start, it was a cool thing to do, funny, and interesting!
My au pair's boyfriend was a hacker - well, "hacker" - and that inspired me..

Well, I don't really know, I've just spent WAY too much time on my computer since I was about 8 years old. It's just kind of developed over time.

We didn't say we are hackers. Just we got into hacking, meaning we either are hackers, or in my case, learning to hack.

Edit: Beyond, have you always been like this? When I first join, not that long ago for that matter, your posts were usually helpful. Now you're acting a bit like a prick (no offence intended, it's just an observation)

It was a general question. Stop taking offense.

And typically, and this is the same in many definitions, if you're into hacking then you are a hacker.

So anyone care to answer the question?
