Ya I get you. Worked with it before. I'm wondering about copper now. Having had success with plating I think I'll just selectively plate it in zinc. Corners could just then be blow torch soldered. Tis expensive though, But if I can find an old sheet of it.. Its heat conductivity would be nice too...
Al's cheap though.. But ya as mentioned I do have a few large sheets of galvanized steel... Say, Talking about all this plating etc.. Thought it might be a good idea to upload this. Great fun  http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v623/nme/P1010014.jpg 1 cent coins...

heh heh Indeed. Was very amusing asking people what they thought the value of the contents in my hand was.. Of course with the only the harp side showing...
