TheFallen, as usual, gives you the best option for what you are trying to do. Duplicating this card and using it in person is a bad option. Nearly any store that accepts credit cards will have some way linking the crime back to you, primarily surveillance. Not to mention a testimonial of the employee stating that you used the stolen card.
I'd go with TheFallen's idea and just take a picture of the front and back and use it on the internet. Use a proxy server or tunnel through another server (Google Translator comes to mind) so that you hide your tracks through the internet. If you're worried about a P.O. Box then your best bet would be to order it to a location you are familiar with and doesn't have heavy traffic. Perhaps a house where the owner doesn't usually arrive until 5-6PM, well after normal UPS/Fed Ex deliveries. Have a trash email as well to track the package. Most online stores issue tracking numbers once the package has been shipped so you can check the status of the package. Once you have a good spot and know when the package will arrive, and it helps to know your UPS driver's normal time in your neighborhood, you can lay low and wait for the package. UPS only asks for a signature when shipping certified. Same with USPS, not sure about FedEx. Once it is delivered then you should just be worried about not being seen when you take the package. |

yeah find a house thats either unoccupied and you know the schedule (risky) or one thats in construction or renovation.
You can walk out from behind the house with a couple tools or a tool belt on and some work gloves so you can pretend you were just working on the house. Tell the post man to leave it on the door step or just take it behind the house. Once he leaves you are in the clear, ditch and dont use that CC again. |

UPS and FedEx have policies to not deliver to abandon houses or houses being constructed. That's a popular method that drug dealers do.

And thats where I got my info, but hey people get lucky, not all UPS employees are so loyal, they just want to get rid of the package and get on with their day.

It is unnsesecary in way's anyways. I find that if you deliver it to some random folks in a middle to upper class area and then contact them saying that it is on it's way that there was an error with the address you can then just stake out the house.

Not really. And even then they're often caught. I remember when I worked at the UPS distribution plant in Atlanta, they were able to catch 2 drivers delivering drugs to an abandoned house. Turns out that they were working with the dealers and shippers.
Company policy explicitly states that they don't deliver to abandon houses or construction sites. |
