Hey all I read all the post to get here and i was wondering if anyone was thinking of a relay and a battery "Harmless shocker" based device?
just about any relay will work, and any battery from 1.5 to 9v
anyway hook up the relay so it will chatter when powered, and then hook up your probes to the NO contacts on the relay. The same ones you hooked the battery to to make it chatter.
There are lots of varients to this i'm sure.
I can just take the shock from 1.5 volt battery - but most people will let go.
This is the same as you would buy from gag store.
( 9 volt battery will make most people let go - but its really just the surprize)

This works because of the magnetic field collapsing around the coil making a charge
Sorry i cant post a picture - I made the device described in 10 minutes from junk in the junk box. It works - works pretty good. But is NOT a taser or stun gun or anything even close.

you can make the relay. just make it like the reciever of the old telegraph system (electo coil pulling down tin can metal sounder)
Most likely the coil thing you got from pen shocker is a relay.
