What is the better rifle? AK-47 or AR-15?

Old, and non-fancy, really should be a blessing. There are updates to the AK47, namely the AK 74, up to AK 101. All use the 5.74mm round, a step down from the 7.62, but not too bad. They maintain the AK47's reputation for reliability. The higher numbers 80+ generally indicate synthetic constructions, synthetic butt, fore grip, magazine, where as the 74 has some wood, but can also take synthetic parts. Synthetic beign easier to maintain and less prone to warping


P90's a good gun, it's small, compact, high power, fearsome rate of fire, shame about lack of range, accuracy and long reload times.

As u said small compact gun. Not to long to reload, but comparison to AK... I see.. Perfect for indoor self defense should you require complete disembowement of intruder.. Went searching one day and couldnt find another gun with a faster fire rate... Cept maybe the Uzi, but it had some advantage over that (cant remember, twas stoppingpower or mag size or sumtin..)

Shiny = bad. Home defence, I'd have a MK23 SOCOM or a USP Match. Both in .45 ACP, stopping power and compact, with concealment. As for a Long (aka rifle) an LR300 with M203 grenade launcher, Aimpoint sight, 6 spare mags and 6 M203 nades. Lets not forget the two short Katanas strapped to my back. Bad motherfucker just got a new meaning?

I love the MP-40 purely because of call of duty...Doubt you can get one though..I just thought I would say I love it...
