Does not matter, They are breaking the law he is within his rights to have one, They were not happy with licensing it to me full stop but a letter from a solicitor asking for there reasons in writing got it. Use your rights or lose them.....

It's called a Sega.
Supposedly, you've got to modify them for so that they're legal even in the US. I don't think he'd be allowed to get one if he lives in the EU.

Very close Enkidu, but no cigar!
It's spelt saiga, and here's some information: http://world.guns.ru/shotgun/sh07-e.htm Browse around, there's 3 types, .410, 20 and a 10, I'm assuming they're gauges but they also include modifications to working parts. The USAS12 (also an automatic shotgun, American, here) has a notable problem, namely, when fired for long periods of time, the chamber gets hot, however shotgun rounds often have a plastic casing, as the chamber is in contact with this plastic, it would often cause them to melt. When it melted the casing would then jam the weapon, requiring the hot plastic round casing to be removed. Personally, automatic shotguns are for close-in, dirty work, your going to get covered in fluids if you try and use one, offensively or defensively. However this guy's going for what amounts to a plinking rifle with a bit of "omph" so a long barreled pump action will suit him fine, oh and the fact that anything more would cost a lot, due to the restricted nature of firearms, their relative scarcity and legal fees, for licences etc, have made them rather expensive. |
