Thats pretty nice you should try keeping a Journal to record your progress (try one on a0tu if you wish) I am going to be starting a routine once Im a bit more healed up using allot of Matt Fureys stuff.

Eat things that are high in protein. Peanut butter doesn't have any protein but it's fats is the good type. It won't clog your arteries or anything. Exercise every second day or so to not wear out you muscles. The first post had some links so check them out and start your own regime.

I work in an office and I am a teenager so once I get out I'm usually up town with my friends or something like that. I don't have a lot of time for 10000 push-ups a day and stuff because of my busy shedule. Does anyone have any tips on building up my muscles and stuff by integrating it into my work and social life?

Why not a routine in the morning right after you wake up or before you goto bed, A routine won't take much longer than 30-45 minutes.

An obsessive-compulsive buddy of mine is addicted to Counter-Strike and weight-lifting. He plays counter-strike until he's killed, then does weights while waiting for respawn. This is pretty much an "all day, every day" thing too, and the man is an animal.

I think I'll just try the routine thing.... partly because I'm quite spaced-out and the moment and didn't understand headcase's comment. lol But "The end justifies the means"(headcase's signature)! One of my favourite sayings!
