Martial Arts

Hi what martial arts do you all do and what are you in it (like youre ranking) i do shotokan karate and am a yellow belt (3 belts up)

This kid that lives on my street does tae kwon do...You know how youre not supposed to really use it unless you have to? He uses it every time he comes over to play with my little sister...Next time he tries to kick that little girl next door I'll make sure he remembers that other people might know how to fight too..I only did tae kwon do for a year when I was younger, I'm a white belt i think..I'll have to find my certificate.

Ok well our instructor teaches us to use it to protect our selves at any cost.Why did you stop?

Well we were taught to use it in self defense too but not to just attack random people on the streets. I quit because i couldnt make it to the lessons every week anymore and then i just lost interest. I might get back into it but the school that was near here closed so I'll have to find a new one.

Yeah same here but i dont attack random people,I traverl abotu 1/2 an hour to and from the lesson

I just looked up where a school is...It would be a 1hr drive, and they don't have classes at a good time for me..So I'll have to wait until i can drive there myself...Next year then maybe.
