So what can you do to be physicaly adn mentaly able for a street fight?I would say just keep traiing in the gym and stuff

Well know i believe that training methods for a street fight could be of some use.Over all fitness is very important and knowing pressure points and things like that ccan be of great use.

physically and mentally condition yourself. Do this by pushing yourself mentally during physical training, push your boundaries, but know your limits.

Agreed here, just knowing your limits, when to back down, and being overall fit and physicaly capible of taking the punishment in a street fight. Sry S25 kinda confused me? training weights for what? if I read it right you mean a whole workout like schedule with lifting and running? |
