Well should you focus on running or weights?I am intending on doing a plan of both but will probably end up focusing on weights.

told you we needed a fitness thread inside of the combat thread :-P i belive the post is still there aswell. lol
As for weights or running, you said it alrdy, Both.... gotta have the running to keep your endurance and speed up and the weights for both endurance and strength, (pending on which way you lift). best of luck questions always welcome Piemaker |

don't focus on anything, do it all. Weights, both power and resistance, cardio fitness, endurance, strength, agility, speed |
