I've never really suffered my physical damage, i had a hairline fracture on my right wrist once, I've also had something called Henoch-Schönlein purpura (click the name for the wiki article) What it doesn't mention is the joint pain. Excruciating just doesn't cover it.

Cebs, course you're going to pass out, you just got shot in the thigh with a fag-mas! What happened to the other guy, I mean seriously, trying to clear your rifle while pointing it at another person! Also, thanks for the improved posts cebs.

Don't think I've had anything serious done to my health cept when I was a baby.. Can't remember the name of thing I had but I was basically turned purple for a week and almost died. Ended up being an incredibly tall child (growth spurt to catch up) and circumcised.. The odd extremity didn't quite make it Huh. Tis weird how it influenced small things to this day. Can't remember what ailment I had recently but apparently it was rare enough and was usually caused by having your spine penetrated in some fashion.. And indeed they had tapped into my spine for some reason or other during that early sick stage in my life.
Ah think twas meningitis I had. Aha. A quick look at wiki explains "inflammation to the brain and spinal cord". hrmm. Otherwise have had a few breaks of digits, I mentioned elsewhere I recently had to have my toe operated on. Ehm.. Few more childhood experiences which left permanent scars/bruises on me. (Heh bruise is cool. It went so deep it couldn't heal properly and so now just grows as a bruise. So permanent like..) Nothing else life threatening I can think of.

So when I've told him "possible attack/ambush" he's kinda panicked and swung to his left where yours truly was crouched and bang I'm down.
This is where the legion is fucked up punishment wise. He got the standard award, which is huit jours. fuck it.In English eh its easier! 8 days in jail (bad place to be) And when i came back. I got the same!. Why? i bet your thinking. It works like this; I was a caporal fut fut (fully french speaking corporal) So i out ranked him. essentially in charge of him and others, so it was also my job to get him up to speed with the instructions. Too cut a long story short " i kinda got myself shot!". Safe to say I've had better days eh!. So that's how it works in the legion. If a sous chef or sergent/ captain whatever gives you a task and you fuck up, he/they also pay the price for your/their incompetence!
