id say it would be fair to use any resource you want as long as its html and css... like i cant really stop you from not looking stuff up

Dey-cent! I'm in!! Whats the hosting like? Ill assume its got banner adds all over it? Right, def no flash inputs? all is good. ya-ya? HTML and CSS tis! heh heh
eeeerm any chance this might be postponed till after the 25th? Ill be in america till then (with prob no computer time) and dont wanna miss this..

Oh, and I'll assume its not Content based? Like you could have paragraphs of BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH if you wanted and it make it look better?

yeah dont worry i have alot goin on and this wont happen until i have at least a few contestants. and nope no add's and yes ONLY html and css... and finally yes.... not content based...its about the design and your code

Nice. Oh and as I was at your house today you said something about there not being adds only for the first 5 days or something?? *worried face* I suppose it wouldnt be that bad with em.. but might jus make it a bit uglier like..
