I like these two knives but there is no name on them. good steal, the one is like the Rambo knife. Hollow handle with compass.
The only problem is that ROBO likes them to.

Fer fecks sake guys!!!
You make them?? Steal them? Wa? Mm One on the left looks pretty daycent. I'd imagine a Swissarmy knife would be Much! better than nothing in the wild. Even for simple things like cutting string and such!! You can hardly use your teeth without fraying it.. Even for working out tight knots (say if you have a tent and tension lines). The dull blade can still be used to strip subtle saplings of their bark; an invaluable capability if any construction is required.

Just save up 60 bucks and buy a decent knife, and get one with a corkskrew on it for cheap, just in case.

Rule 1: Consider what you'll use it for.
Rule 2: Spend at least 50 bucks. Rule 3: Buy it from a respectable dealer (I go to Bass Pro but I dunno if you're near one...) Rule 4: Don't, for the love of god, get a multi-tool. Me personally I have a knife that never leaves my pocket, real nice Benchmade Griptillian model 556 (green), Mel Pardue series. If you're looking to beat it up go for a sheath knife. Don't, for the love of God, get a Ka-Bar or one of those useless things. It's for UTILITY not killing. Me, I'd recommend talking to the guy behind the counter since he's got the most expertise.

I personally would go for a sharp hatchet with a knife in the handle, or a 22" saw back machete.
As for the wine bottle:
Et voila! you have wine. Last edited by bastadin; 27-08-2007 at 04:30 PM. |

Well, for myself, I'd go with the Camillus Demo Knife and my Trusty Ka-bar...
Leatherman Micra isn't a bad survival tool if minimal is the goal, but it's not a knife, per se
