Easy detcord?

Well folks anyone know an easy way to devise detcord??
I was thinking possibly some hmtd packed into a garden hose though it would probably require an awfull lot.Any more ideas?

Hmm but surly you would wanna press youre AP to make it all it can be?Or possibly a NG substance and an with an AP booster in a hose as was suggested?

I think you don't want either AP or HMTD in jour detcord, as both are quite sensitive to friction. And you'll probably want to bend it, so packing it tightly maybe isn't the greatest idea.
Liquid explosives may work, but are impractical. Something with the structure of a soft clay would be the best choice, though I have no idea what you'd have to use.

blasting gelatin? i haven't made NG yet so I can't say what the texture would be like. but if you used some claylike substance I don't imagine it being too hard to extrude it out cordite style. Then coat it in something.

edit: that might not be "easy" though
